Terms & Subscriptions

Last updated 27 October 2026

These terms apply when you create an account on ByteSprouts Academy. Please read them before subscribing. Contact us any time at thedgals2016@yahoo.com.

Accounts

  • Accounts are for parents and guardians aged 18 or over. You are responsible for the kid profiles you create.
  • One membership covers up to 10 kid profiles in your own household.
  • Keep your password and your kids' PINs private.

Free trial

New accounts can try 5 of our 26 lessons for 3 days without entering a card. The other lessons, and certificates, are part of the membership. When the trial ends, lessons lock until you subscribe. Your kids' progress is kept.

Membership and payment

  • The Family Membership costs £19.99 per month, charged by Stripe when you subscribe and then every month on the same date.
  • Your membership renews automatically until you cancel.
  • Promotional codes are applied at checkout and apply only as described when they are issued.
  • If we change the price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it affects your next payment.
  • If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it. Access continues for a short time while you update your card, then pauses if payment still fails.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time with "Manage subscription" in the parent dashboard. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for and will not be charged again. If something has gone wrong with a payment, contact us and we will put it right. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Using the academy

  • Course materials are for your family's personal learning. Please don't copy, resell or share them publicly.
  • We work hard to keep the site available and accurate, but can't promise it will never be interrupted.
  • We may add, improve or retire lessons over time. Completed certificates stay available while your account is open.

Closing your account

Email us to close your account and delete your data. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
