Questions Parents Ask
How does the free trial work?
Create a parent account and your kids can try 5 of our 26 lessons, including the first lesson of most courses, for 3 days. No card is needed. Subscribing unlocks every lesson, every course and certificates straight away, and all progress is kept.
What does the membership cost?
£19.99 a month for the whole family. It covers every course for up to 10 kids. Payment is handled securely by Stripe.
How do my kids sign in?
In the parent dashboard you add each kid with a username and a 4-digit PIN. They sign in at Student Login and see their own learning path, XP and certificates. After 5 wrong PINs a profile locks for 15 minutes, and you can reset it any time.
What will my child learn?
Python, web design, JavaScript, IT fundamentals, artificial intelligence, software development, game making and cyber safety. Each lesson has learning goals, worked examples, a hands-on challenge and a quiz.
Do kids get a certificate?
Yes. When a kid finishes every lesson in a course they unlock a certificate of completion with their name and the date, which you can print or save as a PDF.
Can I see how my kids are doing?
Your parent dashboard shows each kid’s XP, lessons finished, progress in every course they have started, their certificates and when they last completed a lesson.
How do I cancel?
Click "Manage subscription" in the parent dashboard to update your card, download invoices or cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Is it safe for children?
There are no ads and no messaging between users. Only a parent can create kid profiles, and we only store a first name, age and username for each kid. See our privacy policy for details.
